These Terms of Service explain the terms that apply when you use this website, browse our products, place an order or contact us through the website.
The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LouLou Art. This website is operated by LouLou Art and powered by Shopify.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.
SECTION 1 - ABOUT Loulou Art
LouLou Art is a UK-based small handmade business selling 3D printed gifts, decorations, bookmarks, keyrings, trinket boxes, personalised items and other handmade pieces.
Many items are designed, printed and finished by hand in small batches or printed to order.

SECTION 2 - USING THIS WEBSITE
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its security, copy or scrape content without permission, upload harmful code, impersonate another person, or use the website in a way that could damage LouLou Art, Shopify or other users.
You must ensure that any information you provide when placing an order is accurate, current and complete.
SECTION 3 - OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately.
However, please note:

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and device settings.

3D printed items may show small layer lines, slight texture, minor imperfections or small variations.

Handmade and printed-to-order items may vary slightly from photographs.

Sizes are approximate unless stated otherwise.

PLA items should be kept away from high heat, hot cars, radiators and prolonged direct sunlight, as PLA can soften at higher temperatures.

Products are intended for decorative, storage or accessory use only unless clearly stated otherwise.

Items are not toys unless specifically described as such.
Product descriptions, prices and availability may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
SECTION 4 - MADE TO ORDER AND CUSTOM ITEMS
Some LouLou Art items are printed to order, made to order, personalised or custom made.
This may include, but is not limited to:

personalised pet portraits

items with names, dates or custom wording

custom colour combinations
-
custom designs
-
made-to-order pieces created specifically for your order
For personalised or custom-made items, please check all details carefully before ordering.
Once work has started on a personalised or custom-made item, cancellations may not be possible unless the item is faulty or not as described.
For custom orders, we may contact you to confirm details, request images or approve a design draft before printing begins. Please check your email and spam/junk folder after ordering.
If you do not provide the information needed to complete a custom order within a reasonable time, this may delay your order.
SECTION 5 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the item(s) in your basket.
Your order is accepted when we confirm it and begin processing it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

there is an error in the product listing or price

the item is unavailable

payment cannot be processed

the order appears fraudulent

required custom information has not been provided

the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled
If we need to cancel your order, we will contact you using the details provided and issue any refund due.
Please check your order details carefully before completing checkout.
SECTION 6 - PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and accepted.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify and/or the payment providers available at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery and contact information.
SECTION 7 - DELIVERY
Delivery times shown on the website are estimates only.
We will aim to dispatch orders within the processing time shown on each product listing. Made-to-order and custom items may take longer than ready-made items.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, incorrect delivery information, strikes, severe weather, customs delays or events outside our control.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
If an item is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, you may need to pay for redelivery.
If your parcel appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we will look into it.
SECTION 8 - RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

For standard non-personalised items bought online, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, unless an exception applies.
Returned items must be returned in unused condition and safely packaged.
Personalised or custom-made items cannot usually be returned or cancelled once work has begun, unless they arrive faulty, damaged or not as described.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs so we can help resolve the issue.
SECTION 9 - PRODUCT CARE AND SAFETY
Many LouLou Art products are 3D printed using PLA, a plant-based bioplastic.
Unless otherwise stated:

Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

Do not immerse in water.

Do not put in a dishwasher.
-
Keep away from high heat.
-
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
-
Do not leave in hot cars or near radiators.
-
Keep away from temperatures above approximately 55°C.

Keep small parts away from young children and pets.
Products are for decorative, display, storage or accessory use only unless specifically stated otherwise.
Items such as trinket boxes, keyrings, bookmarks, decorations and egg cup-style holders are not intended for food preparation or food storage unless clearly stated.
SECTION 10 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All LouLou Art designs, product images, photographs, text, logos, graphics, product descriptions and website content belong to LouLou Art unless otherwise stated.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, upload, use commercially or create derivative works from our content or designs without written permission.
Some items may be described as fan art inspired, parody inspired, fandom inspired or artist inspired. These items are not official merchandise and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any author, brand, film studio, estate, publisher or rights holder unless clearly stated.
All trademarks, names and rights remain the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 11 - REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND CUSTOMER CONTENT
If you leave a review, send photos, provide feedback or tag LouLou Art on social media, we may use this content to help promote our products unless you ask us not to.
We will not use private personal information beyond what is reasonably needed to process your order, communicate with you or comply with the law.
Please do not upload or send content that infringes another person’s rights, is offensive, unlawful or misleading.

Because this website is powered by Shopify, Shopify may also process personal information in order to provide the website, checkout and related services.
