Ordering

Do you take custom or personalised orders?
Yes! See the Custom Orders & Commissions page for details on how it works, turnaround times, and pricing.

I also sell on Etsy — is this the same shop?
Yes, LouLou Art is the same maker and the same designs on both platforms. If you've shopped with me on Etsy before, you're in the right place here too, and everything here ships from the same studio.

Can I cancel or change my order after I've placed it?
Reach out as soon as possible via the Contact page. Because many items are made to order, I can usually accommodate changes if you catch it before production starts.

Materials & Care

What are your items made from?
Most pieces are 3D printed using PLA, a durable, plant-based plastic. It's sturdy for everyday use but isn't dishwasher or microwave safe, and is best kept out of direct, prolonged heat (like a hot car).

How do I clean my item?
A soft, slightly damp cloth is usually all you need. Avoid soaking or submerging printed pieces in water.

Shipping

Where do you ship from and to?
Orders ship from the UK. International shipping is available at checkout — rates and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically based on your address.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Made-to-order and custom pieces typically take a little longer than in-stock items. You'll see an estimated processing time on each product page, plus shipping transit time on top.

Do you make fan-inspired pieces?
Yes, alongside original designs I also create fandom-inspired gifts. If a design uses a licensed character or brand, please note these are fan works made for personal use and are not official or licensed merchandise.
